As a service-driven company, ensuring a quality experience all around – from the office staff to the field technicians – is an integral part of our fire damper inspection business.  LSS Life Safety Services knows that good customer service allows us to maintain a strong relationship with you, which is one of our biggest goals.   In an effort to receive feedback about our services and our employees, LSS Life Safety Services created a post-project performance evaluation that is sent to our customers when they receive their inspection report. This evaluation is really a list of services that is measured against the points made in our mission statement and that is ultimately tied to our customer service as a whole.  We have been receiving a large number of the surveys back recently and we thought we would share.
