Private University in Metro Dallas

LSS was contracted for smoke & fire damper location and inspection in 25% of the university’s facilities. Not knowing the dampers’ location or last inspection, LSS used and edited existing building prints. The work was contracted and conducted in blocks of hours, not the usual per damper rate, to ensure cost-efficiency for LSS technicians and the customer. Initially requiring two LSS technicians, the project grew to four technicians working on 50% of the university’s facilities due to efficiency and quality of work.
