Upon submitting a lead, a technician will receive the following:
$20.00 per lead that results in a proposal and $40.00 if the lead results in a sale for all jobs under $50,000
$30.00 per lead that results in a proposal and $60.00 if the lead results in a sale for all jobs of more than $50,000
Technicians will be eligible for two awards each quarter: one for the highest referral that results in a proposal (jobs must be at least $40,000) and one for the highest referral that results in an actual sale (jobs must be at least $25,000). Each award will be $250.00.
Lead credit will be given once the lead is deemed a qualified lead after office review. Lead must be for service lines other than the service being performed and the customer must express interest in having an LSS or Hughes representative contact them.
Example: Damper inspection – qualified leads would be for CAD drawings, Fire door inspection, Firestop survey, Photoluminescence Marking, and Duct Cleaning.
